The New Way Network is comprised of Tom Callos, Chan Lee, Allen Oelschlaeger, our staff of experts in various fields (marketing, graphic design, Internet technology, telephone systems) and all our New Way Network school owners.

Because we only allow one member school per area, our goal is simple - to work together to dominate each of our local markets.

In each New Way Network community, our focus is on:

• Radically increasing the percentage of the population interested in martial arts (currently just 3% are interested) by:
  • Creating dramatic and publicly visible results among our member's students
  • Getting local and national media coverage of these results
• Having parents consider martial arts a "must do" educational activity for kids and families
• Ensuring that people who are looking for a martial arts school (usually by searching online since Yellow Pages are dead in most communities) find our member's school FIRST 
  
• Making it clear that each New Way Network school is the obvious and best choice

Since 2006 we've been accomplishing these goals by SHOWING the public the magic we perform – on the mat, in our communities, and online – and making a real difference in people's lives. All New Way Network members are committed to this "magic-showing" style of teaching and marketing.

Because there is NO competition between Network members there is nothing to prevent everyone from sharing their best ideas..... and, we do a lot of sharing via our:

• Collaborative email system
• Twice-weekly coaching calls
• Online school-management university
• Meetings at national training events
